Benefit your body and train it with some love. Spend the time and put in the work your dancers body needs to perform and execute. Strengthen and tone your muscles and learn to connect to your core. Draw physical strength through body motion exercises and routines that focus on both flexibility and power. Heal with essential movements of dance in this class.
